Examined bowl fragments

Splinters of the mysterious wooden bowl found in a cave in the Sejan peninsula. They ooze blood. They're of a type of wood that saturates itself with the fluids it comes in contact with. One the splinters has a mark of an unknown barrel manufacturer on them, suggesting that the bowl was made from a barrel.

The mysterious bowl, also known as the wooden bowl or cursed bowl is an artefact found deep in the Sejan cave during Shyni's adventure. The innocuous-looking thing is located in an otherwise empty room on a pedestal. The person who touches it gets possessed and starts hearing drums and having visions of walking through a sea of blood, with voices forcing them to kill and/or rape a person in close vicinity. The effect is only temporary and doesn't last long, but it can cause serious mental and physical harm. Those who try to fight against its influence will encounter an unknown, demon-like creature, who will demand them to obey the urges. In the end, Will 6 is required to successfully resist the murderous temptations.

After the first possession, the bowl (or its splinters, if it was broken) seems to become inert and touching it will be uneventful. If turned into splinters, warm blood will ooze out of the remains.

There are two people in Sejan that can be asked about it and its effects - Miggpli, who has no idea about it as his field of study is zoology, and the Witch, who examines it and determines that it's made from a special kind of wood called Ballom that absorbs liquids it comes into contact with, getting stronger in the process. The bowl was apparently made from a barrel that used to hold blood or organs, possibly from a butchery (there's even a faint half of a stamp on it). It doesn't matter if the player gives the witch the entire bowl or just its splinters, as she breaks the intact bowl and returns examined bowl fragments to the player.
